Welcome to Our Lady of Grace School!
I was privileged to join the Archdiocese of New York family thirteen years ago, and I am grateful for the countless opportunities I have had to work collaboratively with my colleagues to make tangible differences in the lives of the students and families in our schools.
My enduring vocation to Catholic education is steadfast, and I am honored to serve as Principal at Our Lady of Grace School.
For over 66 years, Our Lady of Grace School has administered to the educational, spiritual and social needs of our students. The school atmosphere is one of Christian community within which the pastor, clergy, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and students work in harmony to create a learning environment based on Gospel Values.
Our theme for this school year focuses on three priorities in Catholic education: faith, academics and service. Children are taught faith — not just the basics of Christianity, but how to have a relationship with God. Students are held to high standards of academic excellence, and we work individually with students to help each child reach his or her potential. And finally, service, the giving of one’s time and effort to help others, is taught both as an expression of faith and good citizenship. Although there have been some changes to the physical building in the past 66 years, the character and spirit of Our Lady of Grace School has remained the same.
You are most welcome to visit the school during our “Touring Tuesday” Open Houses, which take place throughout the year.
