Good afternoon,
I hope you are doing well and having a great week so far. The students and staff are enjoying Catholic Schools Week, as we celebrate the accomplishments of our entire school community!
As the weather is projected to be very chilly this weekend, I wanted to share some good news with you, as we plan for an amazing summer at OLG! I am pleased to share the attached information regarding our comprehensive OLG Summer Enrichment Program for all current and incoming students. We have a full day program available from 7:00AM-5:45PM (last pickup at 6:00PM) for everyone starting June 20th!
Although we do not have the exact schedule for our supplemental Catapult Learning Experience for our current K-7 students, I thought it would be best to send you all of the registration information so that you can plan accordingly for the summer. We will modify any pricing based on the start date, but we are projected to begin the Catapult Program on July 5th. Our students can expect a wide range of educational, athletic and spiritual activities all summer long.
We are thrilled to offer programming to our incoming 3K, Pre-K For All and Kindergarten students as well. The program will be academic, enriching and fun for our youngest learners!
All of the programming options will include free breakfast, lunch and all the field trip costs as part of the weekly fee. We will have in-house field trips and trips that we will travel to, details are still being finalized. Everything is included and nothing additional will be charged. All the staff working this summer are from OLG and I will be on site with our wonderful faculty throughout the summer to oversee the programming.
We anticipate great interest in the program, and I would encourage you to sign up as soon as possible. I have attached the Summer Camp Registration Form 2023 for everyone and the two rate sheets, one for our current K-7 students and one for our incoming 3K, Pre-K For All and Kindergarten students. Space is limited for each grade level, especially the early childhood classes. Mr. Malcolm at the front desk will collect the registration and payment forms and you will receive a receipt at the time of registration.
In addition to the attached forms, we have plenty available at the OLG Front Desk for pickup!
I will be the primary contact for the program and please reach out to me if I can be of any assistance. We do offer discounted rates for siblings and will offer an early morning drop-off option for those students only participating in the Catapult Learning Experience that may need early care.
